Conference Registration for the 2025 annual conference in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.

You must be a member of the society to attend the conference, so please add membership along with your conference registration.

Please select from the following options:

Student, part-time faculty, retired faculty
Early Registration (through 9/1): $150
Late Registration (after 9/1): $175

Regular Registration
Early Registration (through 9/1): $225
Late Registration (after 9/1): $250

**All presenters must be members of the society and have registered by September 23 to be included in the program.

For planning purposes, indicate whether you plan on attending the following:

• Thursday Welcome Reception (no additional cost)
  
• Friday Keynote Address (no additional cost)
  Keynote Speaker: Dr. Hester Blum, Lynne Cooper Harvey Distinguished Professor of English at Washington University in St. Louis. Her keynote address is entitled: “Polar Erratics: In and Out of Place in Circumpolar Seas.”
  
• Saturday Business Lunch (no additional cost)
