Welcome to Discoveries!

This site exists as medium for maintaining bibliographical information in the field of Utopian Studies.

Our aim is to generate a community where publications affiliated with the depiction, analysis, creation or anticipation of utopias, dystopias, and other aspects of social dreaming might be readily available for the purposes of scholarship.

The range of information is broad: literature, art, film, TV, lived communities, political dreams and more… and each contribution to the list will have labels to aid in your search (see “Ideas” section in right-hand column).  There is also a “search” field, if you’re looking for something specific.

For anyone who is looking for a traditional bibliographical format, citations are listed under the “Traditional Format” tab.
