Our Factory
Shandong Hengzhan Building Materials Co., Ltd is subsidiary company of Xinhe group, which is one of biggest manufacturers, founded in 2002 with a total investment of 482 million yuan, cover area of 60000 square meters, specializing in producing color coated aluminum coils and sheets, embossed aluminum coils, aluminum ceilings etc., widely used in the field of construction and decoration materials such as aluminum composite panel, aluminum ceiling and roofing, aluminum curtain wall, roller shutter door, aluminum cans, aluminum rain gutter etc.
From raw materials to aluminum coils, aluminum ceilings, aluminum wall panels, there are a series of factories in our group providing aluminum products of reasonable prices for customers.
The company currently has 8 sets high-speed color coating production lines from Germany and 2 sets slitter lines, 4 sets rewinding production lines, 2 embossed productions lines, with domestic advanced technology. Our annual output of color coated aluminum coil amounts to 60000 tons, with 4000 tons in stock for quick delivery. Product quality has reached ISO9001:2008 and SGS, SONCAP standard.
With high quality, competitive price and excellent service, our products are very popular in domestic and abroad market in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa countries.

Inspections for Quality control
Incoming inspection:
From thickness, width, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation rate, T-bend …
In-process inspection:
Keep checking the painting thickness, color differences(ΔE), glossy, surface condition,
T-bend…Especially items made agreements with customer in the contract.
Final inspection:
Re-check all goods by taking out samples one by one by QC team.
At last we will keep samples and test records in stock for every coil.
After sale Service
Within 48 hours to provide test report and official feedback.
